Using specialized software, technicians can remotely troubleshoot PC's anywhere in the world as long as they are connected via the Internet. They are able to download programs, perform installation setup, configure, troubleshoot, as well as conduct many other PC support tasks without the need to be physically present.
Abled Online is a network of Persons With Disabilities (PWD), trained and organized to remotely support clients globally.
Abled Online’s remote technicians are trained in identifying problems and providing expert advice on the needs of the PC. For hardware related problems, our technicians will be able to advise the client on the best and most cost-effective hardware replacement needed. However, we do not provide on-site PC support.
Abled Online is the pioneer in offering competitive pricing (as low as USD 8 per service) although the technology for remote PC support has been in existence for sometime.
Here at Abled Online, we believe in providing equal opportunities for PWD as they have proven to be focused, committed, reliable and consistent in delivering results. Abled Online initially started as the IT Department of Genashtim Innovative Learning (the parent company of Abled Online). GIL has successfully engaged PWD in many aspects of their organization since 2009.
