They can download programs, perform installation setup, configure, troubleshoot, as well as to conduct many other PC support tasks without the need to be physically present.
Abled Online’s remote technicians are trained in identifying problems and providing expert advice on the needs of the PC. For hardware-related problems, our technicians will be able to advise the client on the best and most cost-effective hardware replacement needed. However, we do not provide on-site PC support.
